The tulip is a highly valued flower, sometimes bad experiences happen to us, when a customer buys a bouquet of tulips for the first time and it doesn’t last long, well, it’s NOT OUR FAULT, the problem is that the customer buys the product but does not seem interested in receiving a care or maintenance guideline for the flower, especially the tulip, which is a very delicate flower, very inimical to heat and sunlight, high temperatures make this flower dehydrate easily , lose firmness, bend, and finally fracture the stem of the middle part, that is why here below this article, we publish the recommendations for good care of tulips in bouquet.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- BEFORE PUTTING THE TULIPS IN A VASE WITH WATER, YOU MUST CUT THE STEMS “ONLY 1 CM”.
- PLACE THE BOUQUET OF TULIPS IN A VASE WHICH IS AT LEAST 5 TO 11 CMS HIGHER THAN THE TULIPS (STANDARD VASE RECOMMENDATION 40 CM – 50 CM).
- THE WATER LEVEL IN THE VASE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 2 CMS HEIGHT AND MUST NOT EXCEED 3 CMS.
- THE STEMS SHOULD REMAIN ERECTILE FACING UPWARDS TO ENSURE THEY WILL NOT BEND.
- IF YOU LIKE THE TULIP TO BEND A LITTLE, YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE THEM TO YOUR PREFERENCE AND CRITERION, MOVING THEM AND ARRANGEMENT SO THAT THEY REMAIN IN A FIXED POSITION.
- CHANGE THE WATER AT LEAST EVERY 3 DAYS AND CLEAN THE VASE WITH DETERGENT.
